Position Summary:
The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for driving operational excellence, CRM optimization, and analytics that empower the sales team to achieve $60–80M in annual revenue. This role focuses on increasing sales productivity, improving forecast accuracy, enhancing lead conversion, and ensuring data integrity across HubSpot and Salesforce. You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to optimize processes, deliver actionable insights, and enable scalable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance & Analytics – Support achievement of annual revenue targets through operational excellence, sales process improvements, and data-driven enablement.
- Pipeline Management – Maintain accurate pipeline reporting with 95%+ forecast accuracy and identify opportunities for conversion improvement.
- Sales Productivity Optimization – Analyze and improve sales rep utilization, touch efficiency, and sales cycle length.
- CRM Administration & Data Governance – Manage and optimize HubSpot and Salesforce platforms, ensuring 98%+ data quality and driving user adoption.
- Advanced Sales Reporting & Business Intelligence – Build, maintain, and optimize essential sales analytics, including:
- Sales Activity Dashboards tracking daily/weekly calls, emails, meetings, and response rates. Touchpoint Analysis to correlate touches per opportunity with conversion rates.
- Pipeline Velocity Reports to identify deal bottlenecks.
- Win/Loss Analysis with competitive insights.
- Sales Cycle Analysis segmented by rep, territory, and service line.
- Quota Attainment Tracking with trends and forecasting.
- Advanced Forecasting & Predictive Analysis – Develop pipeline coverage models, lead scoring validation, customer health scoring, and competitive positioning analysis.
- Operational Excellence Tracking – Manage CRM data quality dashboards, sales process compliance reporting, onboarding metrics, and commission/incentive performance analysis.
- Data Hygiene & Quality Management – Implement data standardization, duplicate management, data enrichment, and ongoing cleansing protocols.
- Capacity & Resource Optimization – Conduct capacity planning, territory optimization, and performance coaching insights for sales leadership.
- Marketing Intelligence Collaboration – Provide competitive intelligence, content performance analysis, campaign effectiveness reporting, and customer persona insights to marketing.
- Process Optimization & Change Management – Map, automate, and improve sales processes, implement training programs, and monitor adoption rates.
- Customer Lifecycle & Account Support – Track customer journeys, support retention and renewal management, and analyze expansion opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 8-10+ years in Sales Operations, with proven revenue impact in a B2B or healthcare environment.
- Advanced expertise in both HubSpot and Salesforce administration.
- Track record of improving sales productivity, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with BI tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred:
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and sales/marketing alignment.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance, SaaS, or other regulated industries.
- Project management experience with system implementations and process optimization.
- Experience in training sales teams on new processes and technologies?
- Understanding of financial metrics and sales performance measurement?
