Position Summary: 

As a Partner Business Development Representative, you'll be crucial to expanding our reach by finding and engaging new channel partners. You'll build strong relationships and create qualified opportunities for our sales and partnerships teams. This is your chance to launch a strategic sales career in healthcare technology. This is a fully on-site role in Naperville, IL. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify & Qualify: Find high-potential distributor partners in healthcare IT and SaaS.
  • Outreach & Engage: Start conversations with prospective partners to build interest in our solutions.
  • Pipeline Building: Develop a strong flow of qualified distributor leads.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with Sales and Partnerships teams to hand off opportunities.
  • Understand Solutions: Learn our offerings to effectively communicate our value.
  • Provide Resources: Share information and training with prospects to help them understand our platform.
  • Track Progress: Use CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) to log activities and manage relationships.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends, competitors, and partner needs.
  • Support Strategy: Help develop our sales pipeline and improve partner engagement.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Experience: 2+ years in business development, partner engagement, or sales support (healthcare IT/SaaS a plus).
  • Communication: Strong skills in building relationships and communicating effectively.
  • Drive: Self-starter with initiative and a team-player attitude.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Tech Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), and other sales tools.
  • Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Career Ambition: Interest in growing into a direct sales or Account Executive role.
