Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Hazardous Outbound Account Executive to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will focus on generating new business opportunities and closing deals related to hazardous and biohazardous waste disposal services. Your primary clientele will include healthcare organizations requiring compliant waste management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential healthcare clients in need of hazardous waste disposal services through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
- Present and promote MedPro Disposal's hazardous waste solutions to prospective clients, highlighting compliance, cost savings, and environmental benefits.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless transition to the onboarding team.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered effectively.
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business leads.
- Close net-new business and hand off accounts to the customer success or onboarding team.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or environmental services industry.
- Strong understanding of hazardous waste regulations and compliance requirements.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required for candidates with strong relevant experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office, and sales outreach tools.
- Preferred knowledge of hazardous waste, medical waste, or regulated waste markets
- Prior experience in a startup or high-growth sales environment
