Position Summary:
We’re seeking a Go-to-Market Systems Specialist to own and optimize the platforms that power our revenue teams. You’ll serve as the connective tissue between departments—managing, improving, and aligning our CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement tools to help MedPro scale its operations, improve pipeline velocity, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and enhance GTM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Five9, Velocify, etc.)
- Maintain and improve automation flows, campaign integrations, and CRM configurations
- Streamline sales and marketing workflows from lead generation through customer onboarding
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce friction and increase visibility across the funnel
- Build dashboards and maintain reporting on KPIs (e.g., lead conversion, campaign ROI, onboarding velocity)
- Maintain data hygiene and support accurate forecasting through Salesforce and BI tools
- Oversee integrations between GTM platforms and other systems (billing, compliance, signature tools)
- Support API-based workflows (Zapier, MuleSoft) to ensure seamless data flow and automation
- Train sales, marketing, and support teams on CRM/automation best practices
- Develop and update documentation for user processes and systems changes
- Ensure platform compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, SOC2, and other regulatory frameworks
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years managing GTM systems, preferably in healthcare, medical services, or a regulated industry.

Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot).
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g.Power BI).
- Familiarity with revenue enablement tools (e.g.Gong).
- Basic scripting (e.g., SQL, Python) is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to drive revenue and operational efficiency.
- Communication: Strong collaboration and training skills to work with cross-functional teams and healthcare professionals.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications: Salesforce Admin, HubSpot, or similar certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the healthcare or medical waste industry. Knowledge of compliance tracking or billing systems.
- Knowledge of Esignature platforms ( PandaDoc, Docusign, Congasign)
- Familiarity with API integrations (e.g., Zapier, MuleSoft).
