Job Summary:
MedPro Disposal, a leading provider of medical waste disposal and compliance solutions, is seeking a Go-to-Market (GTM) Systems Specialist to optimize the systems that empower our sales, marketing, and customer success teams. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CRM, marketing automation platforms, and project management systems ( I.E. Monday, Asana) with a passion for streamlining operations to support our mission of delivering cost-effective, compliant, and reliable services to healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Management: Administer and enhance GTM platforms, including CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot,Five9, Velocify) and marketing automation tools, to support MedPro’s sales and marketing initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to streamline workflows, ensuring efficient lead generation, customer onboarding, and retention processes.
- Data Accuracy: Maintain data integrity across GTM systems to enable accurate reporting, forecasting, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Integration: Oversee integrations between GTM systems and other tools (e.g., billing platforms, compliance tracking systems) to create a cohesive tech stack.
- Training & Support: Train GTM teams on system functionality and best practices, fostering adoption and efficiency.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs, such as lead conversion rates, customer retention, and campaign performance.
- Compliance: Ensure GTM systems comply with HIPAA, GDPR, SOC2,and other relevant regulations, safeguarding sensitive customer data.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years managing GTM systems, preferably in healthcare, medical services, or a regulated industry.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot).
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g.Power BI).
- Familiarity with revenue enablement tools (e.g.Gong).
- Basic scripting (e.g., SQL, Python) is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to drive revenue and operational efficiency.
- Communication: Strong collaboration and training skills to work with cross-functional teams and healthcare professionals.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications: Salesforce Admin, HubSpot, or similar certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the healthcare or medical waste industry. Knowledge of compliance tracking or billing systems.
- Knowledge of Esignature platforms ( PandaDoc, Docusign, Congasign)
- Familiarity with API integrations (e.g., Zapier, MuleSoft).
