Position Summary

Are you a motivated sales "hunter" ready to drive growth? We're looking for a high-energy Outbound Account Executive to join our team in Downtown Chicago, IL. If you love making connections, uncovering needs, and closing deals, this is your chance to make a real impact. You'll introduce healthcare professionals to our valuable software solutions that solve real problems.

What You’ll Do:

  • Find & Target Leads: Research and identify potential healthcare clients through various outreach methods.
  • Qualify Prospects: Make a high volume of daily calls to understand client needs and clearly explain our software's value.
  • Manage Sales Pipeline: Build strong relationships and guide prospects through the sales process with consistent follow-up.
  • Present Solutions: Deliver compelling software demos tailored to client-specific needs.
  • Track & Follow Up: Diligently manage and track all leads using phone, email, and CRM.
  • Close Deals: Understand client challenges, overcome objections, and offer customized software solutions to win new business.
  • Grow Accounts: Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our software and services to existing clients.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date on healthcare industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate: Work effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and a seamless sales cycle.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of successful B2B outbound or inside sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience selling to healthcare or multi-location accounts (big plus!).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive "hunter" mentality with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office, and sales outreach tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, but not required with strong experience).

  • High Earning Potential: Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $75K - $100K+ annually. Your success directly impacts your income!
