Position Summary

We’re looking for a high-energy, goal-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our onsite team in Naperville, IL. If you love making connections, identifying opportunities, and closing deals—this role is for you.

You won’t just be selling waste disposal—you’ll be introducing prospects to our compliance and OSHA software, offering real solutions to real problems in healthcare.

What You’ll Do:

  • Find Leads: Research and target potential customers through online searches, cold calls, networking, and campaigns.
  • Qualify Quickly: Make many daily calls to assess leads, understand their needs, and clearly explain our value.
  • Manage Pipeline: Build strong relationships and move prospects through the sales process with consistent follow-up.
  • Present Solutions: Deliver engaging demos and customize presentations to address specific client needs.
  • Follow Up Diligently: Manage and track all leads via phone, email, and CRM.
  • Close Deals: Understand client needs, overcome objections, and offer tailored solutions to win new business.
  • Grow Accounts: Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends and competitor information.
  • Work Together: Collaborate with internal teams for smooth sales and onboarding.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Sales Experience: 2+ years of successful B2B sales, ideally outbound or inside sales.
  • Quota Success: Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Healthcare Knowledge (Plus): Experience selling to healthcare or multi-location accounts is a strong advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-Starter: Proactive and driven "hunter" who can independently generate business and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech Skills: Proficient with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office, and sales outreach tools.
  • Educational Background (Preferred): A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required for candidates with strong relevant experience.
