Position Overview:

As a Healthcare Client Relationship Manager, you'll serve as the strategic advisor and primary relationship owner for our portfolio of healthcare clients. This pivotal role combines consultative selling, strategic account management, and healthcare industry expertise to drive client success and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute tailored account strategies to drive client retention, revenue growth, and expansion.
  • Proactive Sales & Expansion: Identify client pain points and present MedPro Disposal's innovative solutions, uncovering opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the healthcare space.
  • Consultative Approach: Serve as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding client challenges and providing customized solutions.
  • Client Advocacy & Retention: Proactively address at-risk accounts, resolve client concerns, and champion client success.
  • Efficient Problem Resolution: Quickly and effectively resolve service issues, finding win-win solutions for both clients and the company.
  • CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate and detailed client records in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track sales progress and client interactions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (operations, billing, collections, and sales) to ensure exceptional client support.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about healthcare compliance trends and competitor activity, leveraging insights to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of proven success in sales, account management, or business development; healthcare industry experience is a significant plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and a data-driven approach to client engagement.
  • Consultative Sales Skills: Proven ability to cross-sell, up-sell, and engage in strategic selling.
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on relationship building and conflict resolution.
  • Motivation & Goal Orientation: A self-starter with a track record of exceeding targets and delivering client success.
  • Problem-Solving Prowess: Ability to think quickly and creatively when addressing client concerns.
