Automotive Internet Manager

Mercedes-Benz of White Plains is seeking an experienced and driven Automotive Internet Manager to join our team. This leadership role is ideal for a motivated professional who can coach, lead, and engage both sales associates and customers throughout the entire sales process and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support sales staff to enhance the customer experience and drive sales
• Manage and respond to internet leads effectively
• Build strong relationships with customers to grow a loyal client base
• Collaborate with management to develop and execute advertising campaigns
• Achieve manufacturer performance objectives
• Train, mentor, and assist sales staff in closing deals
• Desk deals, track gross logs, and manage RDR processes

Requirements

• Prior automotive management experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Understanding of luxury automotive sales and performance goals
• Proficiency with CRM systems and dealership software (ADP/CDK preferred)
• Tech-savvy with strong phone and internet skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
• Availability to work evenings and Saturdays

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
