Lot Attendant/Porter

McMahon Ford is seeking a dependable and motivated Lot Attendant/Porter to join our team in Norwalk, CT. This role plays a key part in maintaining the appearance and organization of our dealership lot, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot including washing and detailing vehicles.
• Move vehicles safely around the lot and to and from the service department as needed.
• Assist with inventory management by parking and staging vehicles according to dealership guidelines.
• Keep equipment and tools clean and in good working condition.
• Support the sales and service teams as required, including delivering vehicles to customers.
• Follow all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate vehicles safely on the lot including manual and automatic transmissions.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
