Service Porter

McKinnon Toyota is seeking a dependable and motivated Service Porter to join our Service Department. The Service Porter plays an important role in ensuring our customers receive the best experience by keeping the service drive organized, assisting with vehicle flow, and maintaining a clean and professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely move customer vehicles to and from service lanes, technician bays, and parking areas.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive, shop area, and parking lots.

• Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle needs as directed.

• Perform light facility maintenance and general housekeeping tasks.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in outdoor conditions year-round.

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
