Automotive Service Manager

McGrath Arlington Kia is looking for an experienced, results-driven Service Manager to lead our growing service department. We’re seeking a strong leader with proven dealership service management experience, preferably with Kia, who can motivate a team, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive department profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily service department operations.
• Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and service loyalty.
• Maximize service and parts profitability while meeting department goals.
• Manage service advisors, technicians, and department performance.
• Improve workflow, technician productivity, and overall efficiency.
• Maintain high standards for customer experience and Kia brand processes.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership Service Manager experience required.
• Kia dealership experience strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Strong understanding of service department financials, KPIs, and CSI.
• Ability to increase productivity, profitability, and customer retention.
