What You'll Be Doing

• Connect with potential customers through inbound and outbound phone calls, text messages, emails, and internet leads.

• Schedule appointments for customers interested in purchasing or leasing a vehicle.

• Follow up with leads and build relationships that keep customers coming back.

• Create excitement around our vehicles, dealership, and customer experience.

• Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system.

• Work closely with our sales team to maximize appointment opportunities.

• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
