Parts Counterperson

McDonald Auto Group is actively seeking a parts counter person for our Saginaw location. Seeking out a energetic and enthusiastic individual who is wanting to learn and grow within our company. 

Responsibilities 

• Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss options
• Commit to becoming an auto parts expert and gain in-depth knowledge of inventory and processes
• Ensure timely follow up with prospective customers
• Follow up with core returns
• Place daily parts orders
• Quote good better best options in a timely manner

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and a competitive spirit, with a desire to learn and be successful

• Outgoing personality with a desire to service others

• Ability to formulate a professional email, text, and digital correspondence

• Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skill

• Valid driver's license

• Must be very organized and maintain clean work environment
