Position Summary:

As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers—reaching out, building relationships, and setting appointments for our sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and excited about the automotive industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls, emails, and texts to engage new and existing leads
  • Set appointments for the sales team and follow up to ensure strong communication
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system. (Customer Relationship Management)
  • Respond quickly to online and phone inquiries
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Help create a positive customer experience from the very first interaction

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Comfortable making calls and talking with customers
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge (we’ll train you!)
  • Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
  • Automotive interest or background is a bonus, but not required
  • Valid driver’s license
