Description of the role:

The Automotive Sales Consultant at McDonald CDJR will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles from our dealership. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing information about our vehicles, and guiding customers through the sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs
• Provide information about features, specifications, and pricing of vehicles
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance
• Negotiate pricing and finalize sales transactions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles and competitive products

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license
