SALES MANAGER – HIGH GROWTH AUTOMOTIVE STORE

McDaniels Auto Group is seeking a driven, forward-thinking Sales Manager to help lead one of the region’s most strategically positioned growth opportunities in automotive retail.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven automotive sales management experience

  • Strong desk and closing abilities

  • Deep understanding of CRM systems, digital retailing, lead management, and technology-driven sales processes

  • Ability to train, coach, and develop sales consultants into elite performers

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs and improve performance

  • Strong leadership presence with high energy, accountability, and professionalism

  • Experience managing high-volume operations preferred

  • Social media and online branding knowledge is a major plus

 


 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed monthly goals

  • Manage internet leads, CRM follow-up, and digital sales strategy

  • Work closely with BDC and marketing teams to maximize opportunities

  • Hold the sales team accountable to follow-up, CRM utilization, and process execution

  • Drive appointment-to-show and show-to-close performance

  • Monitor individual sales funnels and coach improvement opportunities

  • Recruit, train, and develop top-tier talent

  • Maintain strong gross while driving volume and operational efficiency

  • Ensure exceptional customer experience from first contact through delivery

  • Create a culture focused on performance, professionalism, accountability, and innovation

  • Lead from the front with urgency, structure, and consistency
