Description of the role: The BDC/VIP role at Mazda of North Miami involves managing and coordinating communication with potential and existing VIP clients, ensuring exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships.  Our Service Department provides excellent service and you will give clients the opportunity to upgrade their vehicles!   Our brand sells over 420k new cars per year nation-wide!

Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet customers 
• Communicate and demonstrate the value of our Mazda brand 
• Manage communication with VIP clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
• Provide exceptional customer service to VIP clients

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Experience in VIP client management is a plus
• Sales experience
