Experienced Internet Sales Consultant

Mazda of Clearwater is looking for an experienced, high-energy Internet Sales Consultant to join our sales team, drive performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Primary Duties Include:

• Make phone calls, set appointments, manage internet traffic
• Ensure productive CRM usage, follow-up processes, and lead management best practices
• Maintain high CSI scores and ensure a transparent, customer-focused sales process
• Work closely with the sales management to hit monthly sales goals

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an Internet Sales Consultant
• Strong appointment setting and presentation skills
• Experience in high-volume dealership environments preferred
• Strong, effective communication abilities
• Expertise with CRM, desking tools, and DMS systems
• Ability to manage a sales process from lead to delivery with consistency and accountability
• A customer-first mindset with sharp closing skills
• Valid driver’s license
