AUTOMOTIVE BILLING CLERK

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Billing Clerk.  Reynolds & Reynolds experience is preferred, but will train.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process and post all new and used car deals.
• Process dealer trades
• Submit incentives.
• Enter all new car inventory.
• Reconcile schedules and end of month reports.
• problem resolution of account related issues
• Post manual journal entries and any other posting as required.
• Assist in other projects as requested by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• HS Diploma/Equivalent
• Automotive accounting experience preferred.
• Excellent computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Reynolds dealership software experience preferred
• Prior Reynolds and Reynolds experience is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent work history
• Clear background/Drug Screen
