We are seeking a results-driven, customer-focused Pre-Owned Sales Professional who understands how to build relationships, earn trust, and guide customers through a seamless purchase process.

What You’ll Do

  • Guide customers through the purchase of pre-owned vehicles with a consultative, no-pressure approach
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat clients
  • Manage internet, phone, and showroom opportunities with speed and professionalism
  • Present vehicle features, benefits, and ownership options clearly and confidently
  • Work collaboratively with management and the finance team to deliver a frictionless experience
  • Maintain strong product knowledge across a diverse pre-owned inventory
  • Follow up consistently to create long-term customer loyalty and referrals

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in automotive sales (required)
  • Strong closing ability while maintaining a customer-first mindset
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (VinSolutions experience a plus)
