Assistant Service Manager

Provide "World Class" Automotive Parts & Service to our Guests on a daily basis They are responsible for ensuring our Guest's vehicles are kept in excellent running condition and maintained with the highest quality in parts & service.

• Providing an exceptional Customer Service experience, ensuring complete satisfaction with our Guests experience with the entire Parts & Service Teams support.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Service Advisor.
• Organized to handle a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Maintain a high CSI score
