Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
• Provide attentive and friendly service as both a server and bartender to ensure an exceptional dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and garnishes
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly
• Collaborate with team members to uphold the highest standards of customer service and hospitality

Requirements

• Prior experience as a bartender and server, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure during busy shifts
• Flexibility to work AM shifts and weekends as needed
