What You'll Do
- Assist customers in selecting the Ford vehicle that best fits their needs and lifestyle
- Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
- Respond to showroom, internet, and phone inquiries
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives
- Explain vehicle features, technology, financing, and ownership benefits
- Meet and exceed monthly sales objectives
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through delivery
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales experience required (automotive experience preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Ability to earn customer trust and overcome objections professionally
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
