Responsibilities:

• Oversee dealership financial operations and reporting
• Manage accounting processes, reconciliations, and compliance
• Prepare and analyze financial statements
• Work closely with ownership and department managers on budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure accuracy in payroll, taxes, and internal controls
• Assist with strategic business planning and operational efficiency
• Maintain CPA standards and regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

• CPA designation preferred
• Automotive accounting or dealership experience is a major plus
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with dealership management systems preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
