Service Advisor/ASM

Description of the role:

As a Service Advisor at Mandal Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in D'Iberville, MS, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle service needs and providing exceptional customer service and hospitality. 

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to process service requests
• Provide estimates, recommendations, and timelines for vehicle service
• Coordinate service appointments and follow up with customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues

Requirements:

• Prior experience in automotive service advising preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures

Benefits:

Competitive compensation ranging from $75,000.00 to $150,000 per year paid bi-weekly.
