Courtesy Transportation Program (CTP) Coordinator

We are seeking a dependable individual to manage our Courtesy Transportation Program (CTP) rental vehicle fleet. This role ensures vehicles are available, clean, properly documented, and ready to support our service customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Check rental vehicles in and out to customers

• Prepare vehicles (clean, fueled/charged, inspected)

• Coordinate rental availability with the service department

• Track mileage, condition, and basic records

• Schedule routine maintenance and report issues

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Strong organizational and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently

• Dealership or fleet experience a plus

Pay:
$12.00 per hour plus commission
