Building Maintenance

Malone Ford is looking for a dedicated, dependable, and hardworking individual to join our team in a Building & Grounds Maintenance position!

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to the little details, and is always willing to lend a helping hand. The right candidate will be a reliable team player who enjoys staying busy and helping keep our dealership looking its best.

Key Responsibilities

• Snow Removal: Plowing and maintaining our parking lots, sidewalks, and entrances throughout the winter months.

• Lawn & Grounds Maintenance: Mowing, trimming, landscaping, and keeping our property clean and presentable.

• Oil & Waste Handling: Properly collecting, transferring, and disposing of used oil and other shop waste in accordance with safety procedures.

• Building Cleaning: Maintaining clean bathrooms, offices, customer waiting areas, showroom floors, and other dealership spaces.

• General Maintenance: Performing minor repairs, upkeep, and preventative maintenance around the property.

• Shop & Lot Upkeep: Keeping work areas organized, emptying trash, and assisting with general cleanup.

• Additional Tasks: Helping other departments and taking on miscellaneous projects as needed.
