Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
- Reach out to leads generated through various channels such as advertising and events
- Conduct thorough follow-up with leads and prioritize the most promising ones for sales team
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to customers
- Assist in coordinating sales events and promotions
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve sales targets and meet or exceed monthly goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to identify new business opportunities
- Participate in sales training and meetings to continuously improve sales and customer service skills

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Minimum 2 years of sales, customer service, or business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
