Banquet Server

We are currently seeking a  Banquet Server to join our team at Madison Beach Hotel. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during various banquets, weddings, and corporate events held at the hotel. An assortment of shifts available, days, nights, mid-week and weekend work.  You will work closely with the banquet team to ensure smooth execution of events and customer satisfaction.  This is the perfect compliment as a second job, or to supplement your lifestyle.  Come join our award winning team.

Responsibilities:

• Serve food and beverages to guests according to event orders and luxury hotel standards.
• Set up banquet tables and decorations prior to events and clean up afterwards.
• Ensure food presentation is appealing and maintain a clean and organized banquet area.
• Provide outstanding customer service, address guest inquiries and resolve any complaints in a professional manner.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Banquet Server or in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
