Duties & Responsibilities

Accept payments for repairs, parts, and services via cash, credit cards, or checks.

Issue refunds for unused parts or services per company policy.

Maintain transaction records and reconcile payments with invoices.

Schedule service appointments and explain technician recommendations to customers.

Direct customer calls to the appropriate department and answer inquiries about repairs.

Assist with clerical tasks, such as printing invoices and maintaining service reminders.

Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Basic math proficiency for handling transactions.

Computer skills for scheduling and processing payments.
