Duties & Responsibilities

  • Accept payments for repairs, parts, and services via cash, credit cards, or checks.

  • Issue refunds for unused parts or services per company policy.

  • Maintain transaction records and reconcile payments with invoices.

  • Schedule service appointments and explain technician recommendations to customers.

  • Direct customer calls to the appropriate department and answer inquiries about repairs.

  • Assist with clerical tasks, such as printing invoices and maintaining service reminders.

  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Basic math proficiency for handling transactions.

  • Computer skills for scheduling and processing payments.

  • Ability to stand for long periods and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
