Mac Haik’s Southway Ford is looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused, and energetic professional to join our team as an Quick Lane Service Advisor. This role is the heartbeat of our service department—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering world-class customer experiences.

As an Quick Lane Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, setting the tone for exceptional service from the moment they walk in or call. Your responsibilities will include warmly greeting customers, actively listening to their concerns, scheduling service appointments, accurately entering repair orders and data, answering incoming calls, and supporting the service team with day-to-day operations. Above all, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every customer feels valued, heard, and confident in their experience with Southway Ford.

Service Advisor Responsibilities:

 

  • Greet customers promptly

  • Obtain customer and vehicle information

  • Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer

  • Determine and recommend maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle

  • Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts

  • Establish follow up time

  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently

  • Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order

  • Explain all completed work and charges to customers

 

Quick Lane Service Advisor Requirements:

 

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction

  • Very energetic personality 

  • A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization

  • Personal and professional integrity

  • Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs

  • Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time

  • Basic computer skills

  • Positive, friendly attitude 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
