Mac Haik Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Georgetown proudly serves the greater Austin area with quality new and pre-owned vehicles. Our service department is growing, and we are seeking motivated Express Lane Lube Technicians to join our high-volume maintenance team.

This is a great opportunity for entry-level technicians or experienced lube techs looking to grow their automotive career.

The Express Lane Lube Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance services efficiently and accurately in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards. This role focuses on oil changes, tire rotations, multi-point inspections, and basic vehicle maintenance while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes
• Perform tire rotations and tire pressure checks
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections
• Replace air filters, cabin filters, wiper blades, and bulbs
• Check and top off vehicle fluids
• Maintain proper documentation of services performed
• Identify additional maintenance needs and report findings to the Express Lane Advisor
• Follow all safety protocols and manufacturer procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Properly use and maintain shop tools and equipment
• Road-test vehicles when required
• Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule
• Complete required company and manufacturer training
• Uphold the Mac Haik Automotive Group brand with professionalism and integrity
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous automotive maintenance experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening
• Authorization to work in the United States
