Summary:

Lynch Truck Center is looking for an experienced Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations in the vehicle sales department. This individual will responsible for motivating and developing the sales staff to build relationships with business throughout the United States while promoting the convenience and resources that Lynch has to offer. The optimum goal of the Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager is to foster a positive work environment,  while going above and beyond expectations to deliver a high quality, top-notch customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the daily activities of the sales personnel 
  • Interviews, hires, trains and promotes employees to support store operations and company growth
  • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
  • Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
  • Plan, organize, coordinate, and measure sales department activities
  • Assist with sales team with valuing trade ins, appraisals, closing, and deliveries
  • Utilizes reports, analyzes information, and monitors trends to identify opportunities in the business

Requirements: 

  • Make independent judgments regarding critical business decisions
  • Identify business opportunities and suggest improvements
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain focused in a fast- paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, planning and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Commercial/ Automotive Vehicle business is desired 
  • Proficient with Microsoft product and able to build Google document reports
