BDC Sales Consultant – Automotive Dealership
Location: Lynch Ford Chevrolet, Mt. Vernon, Iowa

We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused BDC Consultant to join our Business Development Center. In this key sales role, you’ll be the first point of contact for phone and online inquiries. You’ll help drive our dealership’s success by engaging with customers, setting appointments, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Promptly and professionally respond to all incoming phone and internet inquiries
- Make inbound and outbound calls, as well as send emails and texts to follow up with leads and past customers
- Schedule and confirm appointments for the Sales department
- Stay up to date on current vehicle features, promotions, and inventory
- Meet or exceed performance targets for customer contacts, appointments, and conversions
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, call center, or BDC preferred—but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable making inbound & outbound calls and handling objections to find solutions for customers
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Friendly, professional, and collaborative team mindset
