Experienced F & I Manager

Luxury Auto Mall of Sioux Falls is a family-owned and operated top-performing dealership seeking a highly motivated, driven full-time F&I Manager to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

• Present and explain vehicle financing options to customers
• Encourage the purchase of aftermarket products and extended warranties
• Accurately complete the required documentation
• Seek and maintain good working relationships with lending institutions
• Secure competitive interest rates and financing programs for customers
• Meet dealership goals
• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores

Qualifications:

• Experience is required
• Proficient in structuring deals for maximum profitability
• High ethical standards and strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service, communication and decision-making skills
• Computer proficient, a good work ethic and professional appearance
• Must have good time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks
