Responsibilities

• Establish strong customer relationships by assisting with incoming customer call inquiries, scheduling service department appointments, and answer customer questions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate appointment or follow-up.
• Record customer information in the required database.
• Utilize Factory Website and 3rd party websites to contact customers and schedule appointments for Recall or Mobile eligible appointments.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills including date entry, internet, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail while working under tight timelines
• Willingness to follow direction while working independently
• Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays
• Professional Appearance
