Responsibilities

• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers; make correct change and issue receipts
• Answer telephone system and directing customers to the appropriate department; strive to minimize hold time
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to appropriate department for resolution
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with customers and fellow employees
• Assist with scanning and filing as needed
• Assist managers with various clerical duties as needed

Qualifications

• Excellent Attendance and Promptness
• Friendly helpful disposition
• Attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus
• Available to work occasional additional hours as needed, including nights, weekends
• Good communication skills
