We're looking for a lead Service Advisor who will serve as the critical link between our customers and our service department.

As a lead Service Advisor, you are the trusted point of contact for our guest's, guiding them through a transparent and professional service experience that reflects the integrity of the INEOS name. $42-$110k/year (Commission-Based)

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records within the dealership management system
• Uphold brand standards of integrity, transparency, and customer care

Qualifications

• Premium auto experience preferred, but not necessary
• Organized and friendly personality
• Demonstrated ability to manage others
• Time management skills
• Fantastic communication skills with your customers and technicians
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
• Ability to mutitask in a fast-paced environment
