In this exciting role, you will be the crucial first point of contact for our online customers, guiding them through the initial stages of their vehicle purchasing journey. You will be a voice and digital face of our dealership, providing prompt, informative, and engaging responses to inquiries about vehicle availability, pricing, and features. Your primary goal will be to cultivate strong customer relationships and schedule firm appointments with our on-site sales professionals, setting the stage for a seamless and positive buying experience.

$42-$55K/year

  • Responding swiftly and professionally to online leads via email, chat, and text, providing accurate and compelling information.
  • Masterfully articulating the features and benefits of our vehicles, painting a vivid picture for potential buyers.
  • Guiding customers through the automotive purchase process and confidently explaining financing terminology.
  • Proactively following up with unsold customers and those who haven't yet visited our showroom, nurturing leads and driving showroom traffic.
  • Becoming a CRM guru, meticulously logging all communications and leveraging its full capabilities to manage customer interactions effectively.
  • Collaborating seamlessly with our on-site sales team, ensuring a smooth hand-off and a unified customer experience.

  • Understanding of the Automotive Purchase Process: You possess a solid grasp of the steps involved in purchasing a vehicle, including financing options and terminology.
  • CRM Proficiency: You are comfortable and adept at using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage leads, track communications, and organize your workflow effectively.
  • Computer Savvy: You have strong general computer skills, including proficient typing abilities and familiarity with comman software applications.
  • Team Player Mentality: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are always willing to support your colleagues and contribute to a positive team dynamic.

Bonus Points:

  • Previous experience in an Internet Automotive Sales role or Business Development Center (BDC).
