Auto Glass - CSR

Description of the role:

Luther Collision and Glass is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Auto Glass - CSR. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our auto glass services.

$20-$25/hour

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with scheduling appointments for auto glass repair or replacement.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services.
• Collaborate with the auto glass technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs or installations.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in an auto glass customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
• Valid driver's license.
