Pay: $50,000 - $75,000

 

We’re looking for a CRM Sales Specialist to support and drive CRM performance across our dealerships. In this role, you’ll monitor usage trends, identify performance gaps, and provide strategic, actionable guidance to help sales and BDC teams turn more leads into car deals. You’ll work closely with store leadership to coach better CRM habits, ensure process adherence, and share insights that improve sales results.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Monitor CRM usage and lead response trends across the group
  • Deliver insights and reports to dealership leaders to improve accountability and performance
  • Provide CRM coaching and best practice guidance to sales and BDC teams
  • Support CRM escalations and drive consistency across stores
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on system enhancements

Qualifications

 

  • 2+ years of automotive CRM or digital retail experience
  • Strong understanding of dealership sales processes and lead management
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Experience with automotive CRMs preferred
