Responsibilities

• Help Oversee drive lane to ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Ensure daily inventory of tech time is consistently sold by efficiently distributing work
• Provide concierge-level service by carrying out "above and beyond" assignments that leave a positive impression with the customer
• Write up and maintain Used vehicles to company standards
• Work with the Used Car Manager to make sure inventory has a quality inspections
• Keep the service drive open for other guests to come in

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage others
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, well-groomed appearance
