Service Coordinator 

As an Service Coordinator, you are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in customer service. creating repair orders and estimates for vehicles. We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry but with previous roles in customer service, retail sales, restaurant industry or hospitality.

$20/hour

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of work. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide exceptional service, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments. 
• Assist in parking customer vehicles.
