Previous experience in the automobile business gives you an advantage, however, if you have experience in customer-focused role where you have success in building long-term customer relationships, this could be your ideal career pathway.

Your qualifications should include but are not limited to:
- The ability to effectively manage workflow of a busy automotive service department.
- The ability to continuously motivate and coach staff with positive, timely feedback and clear direction to achieve desired outcomes.
- Possess extensive customer service experience and the ability to solve problems as they arise.
- Proven ability to build and execute effective growth strategies.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time on an ongoing basis.
- The ability to collaborate with others to provide timely and accurate customer service.
- Knowledge of automobiles and repair.
- Excellent computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong team building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Cash handling and credit card processing experience.
- A valid driver’s license.
