Previous experience in the automobile business gives you an advantage, however, if you have experience in customer-focused role where you have success in building long-term customer relationships, this could be your ideal career pathway.

Your qualifications should include but are not limited to:

1. The ability to effectively manage workflow of a busy automotive service department.
2. The ability to continuously motivate and coach staff with positive, timely feedback and clear direction to achieve desired outcomes.
3. Possess extensive customer service experience and the ability to solve problems as they arise.
4. Proven ability to build and execute effective growth strategies.
5. The ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time on an ongoing basis.
6. The ability to collaborate with others to provide timely and accurate customer service.
7. Knowledge of automobiles and repair.
8. Excellent computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
9. Strong team building skills.
10. Excellent verbal and written skills.
11. Cash handling and credit card processing experience.
12. A valid driver’s license.
