Mazda & Kia of Fargo is currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced BDC Manager to join our exceptional sales team. The position will include overseeing a team of BDC associates who will handle incoming phone calls/internet leads and contact existing customers to increase customer appointments and sales opportunities. Candidates must be honest, self-driven, and results-oriented, with a positive outlook and a clear focus on the highest customer service standards.

Responsibilities
-
Hiring, training, motivating, counseling, and monitoring the performance of the BDC department
-
Assisting individual BCD associates in setting monthly sales goals
-
Tracking all customers to ensure prompt response time and monitoring follow-up within the CRM
-
Ensure that all BDC associates meet or exceed all activity standards for phone calls and appointments.

Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
-
Handling incoming internet leads and setting appointments

Stay up-to-date on manufacturer training

Provide monthly performance and activity reporting
Qualifications
-
2+ years of Automotive BDC Management experience

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays, Holidays, and evenings

Strong appointment setting, objection handling skills, and closing skills

Proven leadership and the ability to develop and motivate a team

CRM experience a plus

Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, drug test, and Motor Vehicle Record check

Must have a valid driver’s license
