Office Manager - Southaven Honda

Lou Sobh Automotive Group is hiring an experienced Office Manager to lead the business office at Southaven Honda in Southaven, MS.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily dealership accounting operations, supporting accurate financial reporting, and managing office staff in a fast-paced automotive environment.

This position is ideal for a strong dealership Office Manager ready to take ownership of a high-volume store.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee dealership office operations including deal posting, title work, payoffs, wholesales, AP/AR, warranties, and inventory
  • Supervise and train accounting office staff
  • Support payroll processing and HR-related functions
  • Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end close
  • Oversee manufacturer accounts, warranty claims, and incentives
  • Maintain internal controls and ensure policy compliance
  • Work closely with the Controller on financial reporting
  • Manage floorplan payoffs and banking coordination

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of dealership office management or accounting experience
  • Experience with deal posting, AP/AR, payroll, and title work required
  • Dealertrack experience preferred
  • Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK a plus
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
  • Ability to work occasional month-end Saturdays
