Job Title: Facility Maintenance Associate

Lou Sobh Honda/Kia is seeking a dependable Facilities Maintenance Associate to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our dealership throughout the business day. This position plays an important role in ensuring a clean, professional, and welcoming environment for both customers and employees.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no overnight work)

Lou Sobh Automotive Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facility Maintenance Associate to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our dealership throughout the day.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness of customer waiting areas, offices, restrooms, and common areas
• Restock restroom and coffee station supplies
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and spot clean floors as needed
• Empty trash throughout the dealership
• Help maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers and employees
• Monitor facility cleanliness during business hours and address needs promptly

Requirements:
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently
• Positive attitude and attention to detail
• Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred

This position focuses on maintaining the dealership during daytime business hours.
