  • Perform regular bin checks and inventory verification to help maintain accurate inventory counts and proper stocking levels.
  • Notify Parts Management of low-stock, out-of-stock, obsolete, or high-demand parts requiring attention.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional parts counter and work area.
  • Build strong working relationships with technicians, service advisors, vendors, and customers.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve department efficiency, customer satisfaction, and parts sales.
  • Follow all dealership, manufacturer, safety, and department policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Parts Management.
