Lou Fusz Automotive Network is seeking an experienced, high-performing Service Manager to lead our growing service operation at Lou Fusz Kia of Columbus.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Service Operation within operational excellence standards
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain high-performing advisors, technicians, and support staff
• Drive service sales, profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators including ELR, labor gross profit, technician efficiency, productivity, and KSI – NPS.
• Create a culture centered on leadership, accountability, teamwork, and customer experience
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and company policies
• Partner with dealership leadership to execute growth strategies and operational improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Previous automotive Service Manager experience required
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Proven record of driving profitability and operational excellence
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
• Strong understanding of dealership fixed operations metrics and financial management
• Ability to lead through change and build a positive, performance-driven culture
