Position Summary:

The Service Receptionist plays a key role in ensuring our customers receive a welcoming and efficient service experience. This individual will be responsible for greeting customers, answering incoming calls, scheduling service appointments, and assisting with administrative duties to support the service team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately

• Schedule service appointments and confirm upcoming bookings

• Maintain an organized and clean reception area

• Assist with service-related paperwork and data entry

• Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians

• Follow up with customers regarding their service appointments and satisfaction

• Support other administrative tasks as needed within the service department

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in basic computer skills and scheduling software

• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic

• Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required
